Downwind Dash. end date: January 23

The 25th anniversary of the annual Resolution Downwind Dash is happened on the 23rd January 2010. This year, the event welcomed over 320 participants from all over the globe - both windsurfers and kiters eagerly raced for the honorary wheel trophy.

FIS Snowboard World Cup. end date January 7

FIS Ski Jumping World Cup Four Hills Tournament. end Date January 1

This year's title went to Andreas Kofler as he jumped past the competition in his native Austria. This comes as no surprise, due to the recent increase in popularity of the sport in Austria among the youth. Read more about the skijumping here.
